NY-based virtual therapy for
individuals, couples, and weirdos of all ages

  • Depression & Anxiety

It's hard enough that the world is burning and our parents failed us without our neurotransmitters going all haywire. You're not broken, and you can feel better.

  • Gender Identity

Hoo boy. Or girl! Or neither? Weird. Cool! Navigating queerness in a deeply racist, patriarchal, exploitative society sucks, but it’s worth it.

  • Substance Use

Sometimes drugs are great. Sometimes they aren’t, especially when they take more than they give. It’s complicated. Let’s figure out what works for you.

  • Psychedelic Integration

So that was weird...and beautiful, and scary. Exploring the edges of consensus reality can be difficult, to say the least. It’s not about getting lost, it’s about finding our way home.

  • Trauma & PTSD

Serious stuff. Like for real, this stuff is no joke. Surviving through horrible circumstances leaves a mark. But you made it! This doesn’t have to be forever – let's find our way to what comes next.

  • Mindfulness

Did you ever think that maybe you aren’t your thoughts? What if emotions didn’t run the show? Together, we can develop a practice to help cultivate peace.

  • Grief & Loss

The people and things we love go away and it fuckin rocks us. Transitions and changes don’t need to derail our lives forever – sometimes, they can even help us grow.

  • Couples Counseling

Let’s learn to listen again. Communication skills building, active conflict resolution, and a commitment to getting you off my couch and back in your bed.

  • Sex/Kink/Poly Positive

Burn jealousy to the ground. Who needs it? Exploring unconventional ways of consensual relatedness is awesome, but it gets tricky. Being butthurt is only fun when you're into it.

Fees & Sliding Scale

I, like many other therapists, work on a sliding scale. Our practice strives to be as accessible as possible to as many people as possible. To achieve this lofty goal, I respectfully ask my more well-heeled clients to pay more than average, so that the people who make less than average have access to a fee that reflects their current financial reality.

From each according to their ability, to each according to their needs.

This is a helpful document I use to help clients determine where they might fall in our pricing model.
